Mr. Kharel is the founder and CEO of Three Sixty One Degree Media Pvt. Ltd, the parent company of Cinemaghar app. He has over 8 years of experience in the media, IT and marketing industry in the UK and Nepal. He has done his MBA from the reputed, Lord Ashcroft Int'l Business School.

He started Cinemaghar app in 2016 with a small team of his friends when he saw the void in the OTT market for Nepali and regional language movies. Cinemaghar which is the first OTT app of Nepal now has more than 350k users across Android, IOS and Amazon app store.
