In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation & Refund Policies

You may cancel your Cinemaghar Account at any time by writing to admin@cinemaghar.app. Any remaining cash balance in your Cinemaghar Account will be refunded at that time. Any charges and fees paid for Content are non-refundable unless the content is not available to view on your device for certain reasons.

Content purchased on Cinemaghar is non transferable and will be deleted from your Cinemaghar Device(s) and your Cinemaghar Account upon cancellation of your Cinemaghar Account. Cancellation of your Cinemaghar Account will also terminate your access to Content that you have purchased and/or rented. Once your account has been closed, you will not be able to re-open your Cinemaghar Account in the future.

Additionally, in the event of a refund (which Cinemaghar may or may not grant in its sole discretion) for any other reason by Cinemaghar other than termination or cancellation of your Cinemaghar account, Cinemaghar will terminate your access to any Content.

Contents are available for the 365 days of 2021, which ends at midnight of 31 December 2021.

The Cinemaghar gold subscription allows only two devices across supported platforms. In case of app uninstallation from your device, you have to drop an email to the admin on admin@cinemaghar.app to reinitiate your access.
