In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
You may cancel your Cinemaghar Account at any time by writing us to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any remaining cash balance in your Cinemaghar Account will be refunded at that time. Any charges and fees paid for Content are non-refundable unless the content is not available to view on your device for certain reasons.
Content purchased on Cinemaghar is non transferable and will be deleted from your Cinemaghar Device(s) and your Cinemaghar Account upon cancellation of your Cinemaghar Account. Cancellation of your Cinemaghar Account will also terminate your access to Content that you have purchased and/or rented. Once your account has been closed, you will not be able to re-open your Cinemaghar Account in the future.
Additionally, in the event of a refund (which Cinemaghar may or may not grant in its sole discretion) for any other reason by Cinemaghar other than termination or cancellation of your Cinemaghar account, Cinemaghar will terminate your access to any Content.
Contents are available for limited period of time and hence are advised to watch within 24 hours of purchase.
