Kareena Kapoor would rather be a star than an actor

The glamorous diva still wants to be known as ‘the heroine’

“I still would want to be a heroine in the movie, not a character artiste. I haven’t thought about what will happen in 10 years, though. In Hollywood, there is such a thing as playing a part. But here, everyone wants to be a hero or heroine. And I am not one to make a change. I am not going to usher in any revolution. Actors just want to act in successful movies. After a while, the roles become pretty irrelevant.”
