Looks like the Kollywood box-office is going to witness a big fight in the second week of October

Two much-awaited films – and are scheduled to hit the screens on the same day.While it has officially been announced that Suriya-starrer Maattrraan will release on October 12, sources close to Kamal Haasan say the actor’s magnum opus Viswaroopam too is slated for an October 12 release.

Produced by in association with PVP Cinema, Viswaroopam has the ‘Ulaga Nayagan’ in the lead role. He has also penned the story, screenplay and dialogues too. Suriya plays conjoined twins in Maattrraan, directed by K V Anand and produced by AGS Entertainment. Music is by Harris Jayaraj, while is the leading lady.

In the battle of the biggies, lets hope the best man wins. While we still ponder on which movie to watch, tell us your pick.
